I’m currently a Senior Manager of Experience Design at McDonald’s, where I lead a team shaping the future of the drive-thru. This is primarily a service design role, focused on the overlap between digital interfaces and physical spaces.
Previously, I was a Senior UX Designer at United Airlines, where I helped shape the award-winning United app. I launched iOS Live Activities, a feature with 200K daily users, and developed an airport navigation tool that increased self-service by over 200%. At AcreTrader, I led design strategy for Acres, a land analytics platform, growing from the first design hire to leading cross-functional teams of 30+. Earlier in my career at Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art, I created digital wayfinding and interactive standards for a new contemporary art space, shaping the visitor experience for over 600K annual guests. The through-line connecting all of these roles has been a consistent focus on context and environment.
